Q1 - How much does the shipping cost?

FREE Shipping within Malaysia for order over RM100 without any promotion code. 

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (of a business day) to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a gift box, for your convenience. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.

Sales taxes, or other taxes, customs, import/export charges, or similar governmental charges are not included in the price of the Products.

Q2 - How long will it take to get my order?

All orders will be delivered to the customer within 1-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q3 - What shipping carriers do you use?

For Malaysia orders, we will be using FMX, ARAMEX or NINJA EXPRESS services. 

Q4 - Can I return a product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Check out our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

Just enter your email in the column provided in the footer, and you’ll be added to our subscription list to receive the latest updates, exclusive offers, and much more from us.

 Q6 - How long does PREORDERING takes?

Pre-ordering takes around 9-14 days to reach you after payment. Our apparels operate in a preorder basis which means no ready stocks are kept. As the apparels are preordered, sometimes the stock will not be available. We will then refund the amount or the customer may opt for another design. Any extra will be refunded back.

Do note that we cannot guarantee the exact date it will reach your doorstep and sometimes it will take up to 3 weeks (very rarely). Please reconsider if you need the order urgently.
