SECTION 1 - EXCHANGE & RETURN
Exchange & Return Policy:
1. We only exchange and refund items if they are defective or damaged.
2. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
3. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. We reserved the right to reject the return and any request for an exchange if it does not meet the stated requirements.
For Malaysia Customers:
The returned item must arrive at the given address within 14 days since the day you received the item.
For Oversea Customers:
Please ship the return item within 7 days from the day you received the item. The returned item must arrive at the given address no later than 20 days after your delivery date.
What You Need To Do:
Kindly email your exchange, return or refund request to email@example.com within 3 days from the date of receiving the item. We recommend you to attach the picture(s) of the defective item(s).
You are required to send your parcel using a trackable shipping service. Returned parcels are to reach us within 7 working days from the dispatch date for Malaysia orders, or 20 working days for overseas orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your exchange request meets all the exchange requirements, we will ship the exchanged item to you as soon as possible at zero charges.
If your refund request is approved, a refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COST
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will bear the postage costs for the delivery of your new choice for the exchange.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
If you choose, we can issue your refund as Papillon credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
